Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRManga (TRwebtoon) website available at trmanga.com and its subdomains, and all related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Moteze Software, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Service, creating an account or purchasing any paid product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is primarily offered in Turkish. If there is any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of these Terms, the English version prevails unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

2. Definitions

• User / you: any natural person who accesses or uses the Service.
• Account: the personal membership you create by registering on the Service.
• Content: series, chapters, images, text, comments, reviews, lists and any other material available on the Service.
• User Content: Content that you or other users upload, post or submit to the Service (comments, reviews, lists, profile information, messages, chapters uploaded by translation teams, etc.).
• Premium: a digital membership, purchased with a one-time payment, that provides additional features for a fixed period.
• Crystals ("Kristal"): virtual credits with no cash value that can be used within the Service to obtain certain digital products and features.
• Paid Products: Premium, Crystal packs and any other digital products that may be offered for sale on the Service.

3. The Service

TRManga is an online reading and community platform for reading webtoons, manga and manhwa in Turkish. The Service includes features such as reading series and chapters, rating, writing comments and reviews, creating reading lists, following series, notifications, private messaging between users, a level system and profile customization.

Reading series and chapters on the Service is free of charge, and Paid Products do not lock access to any Content. Paid Products only provide optional extras such as ad-free reading and profile perks.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and create an Account.
• To purchase Paid Products you must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for purchases made on behalf of a minor.
• The Service does not contain any 18+ (adult) content. Some series are labeled 16+ because they contain violence, horror or mature themes. Series labeled 16+ are not suitable for users under 16; if you are under 16 you should not read them. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of the Service.
• Persons whose Accounts were previously terminated for violating these Terms may not create a new Account without our written permission.

5. Your Account and Security

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account and password confidential. All activity under your Account is deemed to be performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• You may not sell, transfer, rent or share your Account. Accounts are personal.
• You may not use usernames that impersonate others or that are misleading or offensive.
• You can request deletion of your Account by writing to [email protected] or through our contact page. Deleting your Account results in the loss of any unused Premium time and Crystal balance; a deletion request does not by itself create a right to a refund (your refund rights are set out separately in the Refund Policy).

6. Paid Products: Premium and Crystals

6.1 Premium

• Premium is a digital membership for periods of 1, 3 or 12 months. Depending on the payment method, it is offered in two ways:
  • With Paddle: Premium is a subscription that renews automatically at the same price at the end of the period you chose (1 month, 3 months or 12 months). The renewal fee is charged by Paddle to your saved payment method at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time using the "Manage subscription" link on the Premium page or at paddle.net; after you cancel, you will not be charged again and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • With PayTR: Premium is purchased with a one-time payment for a fixed period, does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again when the period ends.
  You will see the payment method and any renewal terms on the checkout screen before you pay.
• Premium is activated on your Account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you buy another plan while Premium is active, the full new period is added on top of your current end date.
• The main Premium benefits are: ad-free reading on all series (chapters load faster without ads), animated (GIF) profile picture, the ability to change your username, a "Premium Member" badge on comments and your profile, a Premium role on our Discord server, a higher custom list limit, and, while that feature is active on the Service, a higher daily EXP limit. The current list of benefits is shown on the Premium page.
• Premium is not required to access series and chapters; Content is free for everyone.

6.2 Crystals

• Crystals are virtual credits purchased for use within the Service. Crystals are not money, e-money, a security or a payment instrument; they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, real money or anything of value, and cannot be used outside the Service.
• Crystals can be used to: purchase Premium, purchase profile frames, and send Crystals to another user through the gift feature of the Service. The products available for Crystals and their Crystal prices are shown on the Service.
• Crystals are tied to your Account. Apart from the gift feature, they cannot be transferred to other users, sold, or traded outside the Service. Crystals sent as gifts cannot be reclaimed.
• Crystals are credited to your Account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Crystals do not expire; however, any unused balance may be forfeited if your Account is terminated for violating these Terms or if the Service is discontinued entirely. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will announce it reasonably in advance.
• We reserve the right to correct Crystals credited to your Account by mistake, due to a system error, or as a result of abuse.

6.3 Premium with Crystals

Premium plans can also be obtained with your Crystal balance at the Crystal price shown. No real money is paid in this transaction; the relevant amount of Crystals is deducted from your balance and the Premium period is added to your Account.

7. Pricing, Payment and Taxes

Current prices of Paid Products are shown below and on the purchase pages:

Prices are shown in Turkish lira (TRY). Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases made through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle collects the payment, calculates applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) and emails you your invoice or receipt.

Transition notice: Until the Paddle checkout is enabled on the Service, some payments are processed by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. ("PayTR") on behalf of Moteze Software, LLC. For orders paid through PayTR, customer support and refund requests are handled directly by us at [email protected], under the same Refund Policy.

• Your card details are processed only by the payment provider; the Company never sees or stores your card details.
• We may change prices prospectively. Price changes do not affect purchases completed before the change.
• In case of an obvious pricing error (for example a price displayed incorrectly because of a system error), we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.
• If a payment is declined, reversed or suspected to be fraudulent, we may remove the related product from your Account.

8. Delivery

Paid Products are entirely digital; nothing physical is shipped. Premium time or Crystal balance is added to your Account automatically after the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds and at the latest within a few minutes. If the product has not been added to your Account within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your order number and we will fix the issue or refund the amount you paid.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You can request a refund for any Paid Product purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund conditions, how to request a refund and how a refund affects your Account are described in detail in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The 14-day refund right also applies to each renewal payment of a Paddle subscription, counted from the renewal date. You do not need to request a refund to cancel a Paddle subscription; cancelling stops the next period from being charged.

10. User Content

• You keep the rights you have in the User Content you upload. By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating, displaying, promoting and improving the Service. This license ends within a reasonable time after you remove the content from the Service, except for copies that have been shared with others or that remain in backups for a reasonable period.
• You represent that you have the right to upload your User Content and to grant this license, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it complies with these Terms.
• Comments and reviews may be publicly visible. You can limit the visibility of some information using your profile privacy settings.
• We have no obligation to pre-screen User Content, but we may remove, edit or unpublish any content that we believe violates these Terms or the law, without notice.
• For chapters uploaded by translation teams (fansubs), the uploading team is responsible for being authorized to publish the content and for complying with requests from rights holders.

11. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory; obscene or sexually explicit; glorifies violence; or violates the privacy of others;
• post content that exploits or could harm minors in any way;
• send spam, advertising, chain messages or unauthorized commercial promotion, or post untagged spoilers;
• impersonate any person or entity or use another person's Account without permission;
• harm or overload the Service, servers or networks, attempt to bypass security measures, or distribute malware;
• use unauthorized automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data or Content in bulk, mass-download Content or republish it;
• manipulate the level, EXP, voting, rating or Crystal systems through cheating, multiple accounts or automation;
• sell, buy or trade Crystals or Accounts outside the Service;
• abuse payment systems, use stolen payment methods, or make unjustified refund or chargeback requests.

Violations may result in content removal, a comment ban, or temporary or permanent suspension of your Account.

12. Intellectual Property and Copyright Notices

• The software, design and logos of the Service, the TRManga and TRwebtoon brands, and texts produced by the Company belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our express written permission.
• All rights to the series available on the Service belong to their original authors, artists and publishers. We encourage you to support rights holders by following the series you enjoy on their official platforms.
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices that comply with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a rights holder and believe that content infringes your rights, use the options on our copyright page or send a notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorized agent; (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (c) the address (URL) of the allegedly infringing content on the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Upon receipt of a valid notice we remove or disable access to the content within a reasonable time. Users who believe their content was removed in error may send a counter-notice to the same address. Where appropriate, we terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers.

13. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may include third-party services such as advertisements, embedded videos, GIF search tools, social media links and payment providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Premium members benefit from ad-free reading.

14. Suspension and Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your Account.
• We may suspend or terminate your Account, with notice or, where necessary, without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if the security of the Service or other users is at risk, or in case of suspected fraud.
• If your Account is terminated because you violated these Terms, unused Premium time and Crystal balance will not be refunded; however, the rights granted in the Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected. If we terminate your Account at our discretion without any violation on your part, we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused Premium time and Crystal balance.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

15. Changes to the Service

We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we materially remove a Premium benefit you paid for, to your detriment, during the period you paid for, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining period. We do not guarantee that any series or chapter will remain available; Content may be removed following requests from rights holders or for other reasons. This alone is not a ground for a refund, because Content is provided free of charge and Paid Products do not sell access to Content.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Company makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that Content will be accurate, complete or up to date, and including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in that case the above exclusions apply to you only to the extent permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. The Company's total liability for all claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees brought by third parties arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content or your unlawful use of the Service.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Delaware.

If you act as a consumer and the laws of your country of residence give you stronger protection, these provisions do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country.

20. General

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our consent. The Company may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, infrastructure or service provider outages, cyberattacks, orders of authorities, etc.).

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top is changed. We will announce material changes on the Service or by email a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to your detriment to purchases completed before the change.
