DMCA Policy

1. Scope

The trmanga.com website and the Webtoon Oku mobile app (together, the "Service") are operated by Moteze Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company", "we", "us").

We respect intellectual property rights. We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512) as described on this page. This page is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Our Designated DMCA Agent

Our agent designated with the U.S. Copyright Office to receive notices of claimed infringement and counter-notices:

3. How to Submit a Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, send your notice by email to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice", or by mail to the address above. We accept notices in English or Turkish.

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a list, if multiple works are covered);
3. The address (URL) of the allegedly infringing content on the Service and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it;
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. What Happens After a Notice

• We review the notice. Upon receipt of a valid notice we remove or disable access to the content within a reasonable time.
• Where possible, we inform the user who uploaded the content about the removal.
• If your notice is incomplete, we may ask you to provide the missing information.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the address (URL) where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address and telephone number;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Company may be found);
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward a copy to the person who submitted the original notice. Unless that person informs us within 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice that they have filed a court action, we restore the content.

6. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) caused by that misrepresentation. If you are not sure whether content infringes your rights, we recommend consulting a legal advisor before submitting a notice.
